The framed drawing by Peter Böhnisch depicts a highly reduced human figure shown in profile. Rendered in warm reds and earthy tones, the body appears compact and calm, almost sculptural. Facial features are only suggested, and the background remains flat and undefined. Overall, the image conveys a quiet, timeless, and introspective mood.

About Peter Böhnisch

Peter Böhnisch (born 1977 in Waiblingen) is a German artist whose practice spans drawing, painting, and printmaking. Known for his recent sand paintings, he experiments with texture and material to explore new forms of painterly expression. His works combine historical and contemporary motifs, revealing dreamlike narratives that balance precision with a raw, tactile surface.

About Unique Works
